Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account with gas123. gas123 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, or otherwise acted in bad faith. Upon Account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting any outstanding obligations, provided you have complied with all Terms and completed KYC verification. Bonus funds and loyalty points are non-withdrawable and will be forfeited upon account closure.

Third-party deposits (funds deposited from accounts not registered in your name) are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and return of funds to the source.

gas123 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing large withdrawals or if we detect unusual activity patterns. This may include requesting additional documentation, proof of payment method ownership, or verification calls. Failure to provide requested information within 14 days will result in withdrawal cancellation and funds being returned to your Account balance.
All bonuses and promotional offers provided by gas123 are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time of the promotion. General bonus rules include:
New Players who complete registration and make their first deposit are eligible for gas123's Welcome Bonus (up to 200% match bonus with a maximum of Rp 2,000,000). gas123 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close Accounts if we determine that Players are engaging in bonus abuse. Examples of abuse include creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, using betting strategies that guarantee profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage betting), or coordinating with other Players to manipulate bonus systems.
All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before submission. gas123 will not cancel or amend bets due to Player error except in cases of obvious technical malfunction.
